“Innerverse” is how I see what I can offer you as a blanket term for “online community offerings”.

I prefer to “Trust the Innerverse” - because, when we are working through the lense of our trauma.

We need to develop healthy inner pyschic containers.

I feel like so many of us, including myself, doubled in on ourselves by trusting/reading what is outside of us, more than being able to read what is inside of us.
